I'm a detail-oriented and driven project management professional with an extensive amount of experience in fulfilling technical sales, process and project management and leadership positions in the medical software and international construction industry.
I'm a project manager with a passion for creating, implementing and maintaining policies and projects in order to improve company processes. I am currently the senior project manager for Exact Macola tasked with improving business processes and coordinating interdepartmental projects throughout the company in order to help grow and expand their network on a global scale.
In a previous position, as a project and process manager for North America in a medical software company, I was able to coordinate supply chain related processes on a global spectrum working in both European and American offices, helping to better connect the teams in both regions and improve company processes worldwide. During my time as a project manager, I worked to obtain my CAMP and PMP certifications to further expand my project management knowledge and skills.
Also, as a former technical sales director for a European construction company based in Germany, I gained a great deal of cultural work experience leading projects throughout Europe. Fluent in German, English and Polish as well as basics in Spanish, I was able to help build relationships in various countries and implement a new marketing strategy to help in acquiring new suppliers throughout Europe, expanding the company’s business portfolio.
