Creation of a downstream supply chain for a new product launch 

Facing an upcoming product launch for a new diagnostical medical device I was instructed to create a downstream supply chain to ensure a distribution flow incl. the quality management steps and customer service returns. I chose this project for my bachelor thesis.

Creation of an efficiency improvement plan

As part of my internship at LuK in Wooster Ohio, I was able to analyze a certain production department and develope an improvement concept related to multiple factors and machines in this department. At the end I handed in an efficiency improvement plan stating the financial benefits and costs of each adjustment.

I have had the opportunity of taking part in numerous projects throughout my years of education and work experience. Through these projects I have improved my skills and expertise in order to fulfill the given requirements and I have learned with each project. I am eager to apply what I have learned on future tasks and projects.

Expanding operations to Switzerland and creation of new online presence

In my responsibility as technical sales representative I was able to expand the company's operations to Switzerland by creating a new cooperation with a further supplier experienced in that area. Furthermore, I could successfully create an improved online presence through a new homepage.

Procter and Gamble sales challenge

During my study aborad semester in Guadalajara Mexico at the University Tecnologico de Monterrey I was able to participate in and win a teamwork challenge between international students. The challenge was about an innovative sales proposition of Ariel power pods in traditional mexican changarros stores.

BANBAO marketing challenge

During my second semester at Fontys International Business School, I participated in a teamwork challenge regarding a new and creative marketing preposition for a local toymanufacturer. Our team was able to win this challenge by offering the most innovative and creative marketing strategy.

Development of a business wide product launch process for the Product Management department 

As a Sr. Project Manager with a heavy focus on process management I'm developing an business wide process to streamline the Product Management from the idea origin until the product launch. As part of this project, I defined various data sources for product related decision and implemented the stage gate process with an underlying Agile concept to improve our overall launch process.

Design and implementation of the Macola Software Cloud Solution 

Taking over this project from the Product Management Team, I had the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team to  design and implement Macola's Cloud solution to offer our customers an alternative to the traditional perpetual on premises installation vs. a cloud driven solution enhanced through managed services.
